Shift reminders

Get a reminder when your shift is on but your location stops updating.

Closing this app does not end your shift. Turn the switch off when you finish. Phone notifications require permission and connectivity; silent mode and Focus may mute them.

Location help

“Position update is unavailable” means your browser’s location provider could not return a position. Site permission alone does not resolve this.

  1. Check that device Location Services allow this browser, as well as allowing this site.
  2. Keep Wi-Fi and an internet connection enabled. On a phone, try a place with better reception.
  3. Try your device’s Maps app. If that also fails, resolve device location access first.
  4. Reload this page and retry. A phone needs the app’s HTTPS address.

If GPS is weak or disturbed, the app uses your Wi-Fi/cell position automatically (less precise). If neither works, your shift stays on and you can place your location on the map; manual locations are marked as such for your team.

Update the app

This version of the app cannot download the update itself (fixed in the new version). Do this once:

  1. Open Chrome on this phone.
  2. Go to
  3. Open the downloaded file and tap Update. Your shift and sign-in stay as they are.
